When we retired, we decided to move from Auburn to Olympia. We didn't know much about the area, but it was our great fortune to meet Jim Hickman at one of his listings and we were comfortable with him immediately, which is unusual for us. We got to know him very well over the next three months and he was very patient and attentive to our situation and concerns, and always with a smile and his constant positive attitude.
